Lincoln Road going into Canwick/Lincoln.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 459905.

Customer has stated that the footpath and the cycleways along the entire of Lincoln Road is covered in Bramble and Blackthorns making it dangerous to ride as well as having to enter the highways themselves.
