Advertisement (e.g. an A-board) problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4557868.

I attach a photo of the junction of Toll Bar Road, Marston and the A1 southbound where you can see an advertisement sign by KB Patios and Drives has been installed. The Parish Council does not believe any planning application has been sought for this sign and it does not appear to be a temporary sign.

Could we ask that both Highways and Planning look into this matter, urgently and report back to us thereafter?
