Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 460203.

Lots of large weeds growing in alley behind Tower Street. Nothing wrong with them just looking a mess back there. May also need litter picking but I looked just before bin day so rubbish remnants might be cleared by road sweeper.
