Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 460234.

Caller has stated that there are three trees on the grass verge where the branches and roots that are starting to get close to the properties and could cause damage, they have also said they need a trim on the top end as last time it was done they only did the bottom end

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. An officer has attended and assessed the footpath and there was no evidence of tree roots encroaching to the property. No action required. Thank you for reporting this matter.

  • Not heard anything since I last called on the 9/6/23. I never mentioned roots on my first telephone call, it is the branches and height of trees causing issues
