Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4557950.

After heavy rainfall in May, Cllr Parkin has reported silt, rubble and debris has been washed on to carriageways in village, too much for a sweeper. No specific location provided, general area. Please inspect and action as required if anything can be done.
