Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 460379.

Traffic lights and cones placed early morning 26th May, but no sign of any roadworks. How long before this happens ? As it is restricting safe access to my property. Please don't say it is going to be next Tuesday after bank holiday
