My complaint is about the standard of grass cutting and the deplorable state the verges have been left by the contractor after strimming. After being cut yesterday no attempt was made to collect any cut grass leaving it looking unsightly and unprofessional. Is this the standard the county council is prepared to accept? Is there any monitoring or supervision of this contractor? This is not an isolated incident. I would be interested in your response. Thank you.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because under current Lincolnshire County Council policy, contractors working on behalf of LCC only cut 3 times per year and do not remove any cut grass from site. Thank you for reporting this matter.
