I reported this a couple of months ago and it was rectified but it has very quickly stopped working again.

Progress! We’ve completed our investigation and works are now planned. Once we know when work is due to take place we will let you know.

We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

We’ve been to the site and investigated the issue. We couldn’t get this sorted just yet and more work is needed. We’ll keep you informed about how this progresses.

We’ve had a look at the street light and found that it’s not working because there’s a problem with the power supply. We’ve reported this to the electricity board. Once they have fixed getting power to the light we will re-inspect it and schedule any further repairs if necessary.

The light is still out!!! It has been 5 months since I reported it for the second time. The street is in complete darkness in this corner and it isn't safe. Why do we pay our council tax????
