West marsh rd spalding, cycle exit onto bridge

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 460584.

Lit sign previously knocked down many months ago has only been taped over, the post end left overhanging the road/ cycle way by 30cm and is dangerous to cyclists. Left in a dangerous condition by highways
