Traditional black and white road sign

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 460915.

The Sign is deteriorating due to lack of maintenance, some of the letters have dropped off and the wood is rotting, please can you repair it properly and reinstate this lovely old sign
