Drain has been blocked for years. Tanker here last weeks and driver said it was on his list and showed me on his iPad. It was still not done. Needs vacuum tanker and jetter to clear the blockage. I have reported this numerous times. Please give me an explanation of why this problem, leading to ice in winter, has not been fixed.
