• Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

• We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because an officer has attended the site and although there is some edge overrun it does not encroach the carriageway enough to meet the intervention level. We identified there is on this corner a layby for cars to park to let other vehicles through. However, we will keep monitoring this particular area because we are monitoring the nearby subsidence and cracking further up the road which we have requested works to be done by the asset team. Thank you for reporting this matter.

• There is a lay-by, however the drop from the carriage way onto this area is large enough that a car will ground trying to pull across into it. This was what happened when I was driving the road, a car coming uphill pulled over and the bottom of their car grounded. Ana tea needs filling to prevent damage to vehicles
