Vehicle Activated Speed Sign not working

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 462049.

The vehicle activated speed sign (VASS) on Sleaford Road is not working. It does not activate or illuminate when vehicles approach in excess of the 30mph limit.
