Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 462653.

Can the drains be clearned out before we get a deluge of rain. My property was flooded last August due to the drain gull being blocked, outside my home. If not can you supply sand bags. I can't afford to replace carpets and furnishings again. Plus the price of the insurance has quadrupled this time round. Thank you
