We have lived here two years and every time we get rain it floods the area. We have reported it several times and in fact received a very unhelpful response saying it was a problem. This is getting worse every time it rain and is flooding my neighbours garden and the grass area. The tree roots are effected as more soil gets washed away every time. I will also be contact Robert Parker now as something is terribly wrong along the length of Long Leys and I believe the drains are fundamentally flawed or blocked. Please attend to this with more than a quick drain clean it needs a throughly deep investigation . Thank you
