Drain does not flow
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 462726.
This drain has not been cleaned for over a year and floods when too much rain comes as per the photo my drive and footpath is now flooded. The water company say this is the councils and not there’s to look after, as I have already rang them.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Progress! We’ve completed our investigation and works are now planned. Once we know when work is due to take place we will let you know.

We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

Can I please have an update as I have not had an update since June and now the weather turning I feel this issue needs to be fixed and the lack of communication is very poor from the council. As you can see the drain is more blocked now and vegetation is now growing in the drain due to it being so blocked.

Please can you provide an update of when work will start as this it is still overflowing and blocked, the drain is not working correctly.
