Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 462897.
Caller mentions works have been carried out recently in relation to a previous fault but around 70 yards from the actual issue he originally wanted to raise. On the road between 6-8 Church lane large amounts of road ripped up as well as sunken side of road (Sunken by a few inches)

We're sending you this message to let you know that we've assessed the road condition and at this time it does not require urgent repair. However we have identified this location for a larger scale improvement scheme. At this stage we are unable to give specific dates for this or definitely commit to the scheme because we prioritise these schemes based on condition compared with the rest of the County road network and the resources available to us each year. We will continue to monitor this location as part of our routine inspections of the highway in the meantime. Thank you for reporting this.
