Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 463023.
Hi reported this back in August last year and was told it was the problem of Boston Borough Council. After contact and working with them and land registry it comes under LCC. I have all the supporting documents to highlight this. Many thanks for all of your help.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue. In this case the fault is not on one of the roads we look after. To find the owner of the land you could contact Land Registry at https://www.gov.uk/ government/ organisations/ land-registry Thank you for reporting this matter.

I have the land registry document which I have paid for which highlights LCC as the owners of the land. I'm unable to send you the PDF of this.
