Hand rail partially completed left with a plastic barrier on new galvanised handrail , this has been like this for several months. In addition thorny briars make it difficult to use rail .

Not fixed! Bottom rail not installed on one side. Barrier still there. How you can say this is fixed is beyond me. This problem has been ongoing for several months. Your own photo still shows barrier there .
