Between 3 High St and the Church Gate

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 463220.

Pavement uneven with ruts and broken tarmac. My mother's walking rollater is impossible to push on this surface and she can't walk without it she is 89yrs old. People using the path to attend church use the path and we also have lots of visitors daily to the church to view the war graves and the new windows inside the church. I cannot pull my wheelie bins out for the refuse collectors without having to wheel them on to the road.
