Half way down Ironmongers street on the rhs

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 463451.

Light does not work. It flickers on for half a second and then remains off for 5-10 seconds and then flickers on again. I received an email from you today that the problem i reported under reference 443222 was fixed today. It is not been fixed this is the same problem I reported under 443222!
