First light on left as you go up Ironmongers street

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 463454.

This light is not working. I have reported it not working under report reference 443221. Today you sent me an email to say this light is now fixed. However, I checked this evening and it was still not working. It is not fixed, it does not come on at night!
