Bus stop layby adjacent Brickyard Cottage

I work for LCC in Public transport and change roadside timetable. Recently been at Minting, the layby for the buses is horrendous and it is incredibly bumpy. Members of the public who want to get into Brickyard cottage go over, what feels like, multiple speed bumps to get into the property. I don't know how buses pull into this layby. Can this please be looked at?
