Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 463514.

Recently had new cables installed in road , making good of the pavement, post cable install is a disgrace, tarmac is less than 20mm deep and is already starting to lift less than a week old. The detritus left in the road is something to behold , stones, grit, sand, would be nice to see a job finished correctly rather than a a quick skim of tarmac and leave, or to witness a sweeper in action
