Casteron Road sutgherland way junction down to Scotgate

Several drains are still blocked all the way along Casterton road from the top if you exit Sutherland and make you way down Casterton road hill all the way until you hit Scotgate. The majority of these drains are all accessible no parked cars most are on double yellow lines. I am worried with the storms due again this weekend Scotgate will flood again !!
