Church view and the old garage

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 464331.

When precipitation falls on road a build up of rain flow approximately a flow run of 80 metres cascades down on a natural fall on the other side of the carriage way after 80 meters the camber of the road falls toward the houses it ends up flowing down the centre of the shared driveway this crates a flow down the drive ending up percolating down on the site.

    Morning I have walked into the garage and have found the rain water from the road has pushed down the drive and entered into garage The site falls away from the road and there is a natural fall on the site of about one metre this will now be causing damage to property and stock in the garage Regards Steve

  • Morning Rain over the weekend has caused the problem again I have been forced to remove the bottle gully on the low level part of the building this has drained the water away and is a temporary measure When we applied for planning permission to build these houses in 2020 we had to produce a drainage strategy for the development fowl and top water which was at significant cost to us. I feel agreived that we are draining the water from the Highway
