Flooding on regular intervals following rainfall. Road edge full of dirt and rubbish and drains completely blocked. Water does not clear, impossible to cross road on foot and cars have to quickly slow. Road needs to be closed and cleared on both north and south verges of the A153

    Please ensure all the mud is removed before you think you have completed this work or the first time it rains everything will get blocked again. We have not seen a road sweeper for about 5 months - both quarries seem to have forgotten their responsibility

    How can you say fixed when the mud is still on the road and blocking the drains. Look at the amount of plant growth shows you how long it has been here
