Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 464556.

I have requested works to be carried out before to no avail, but action does need to be taken. When it rains, even during this recent summer thunderstorms water pools outside of my property because there is no drain for it to run into. It is a very low spot in the road and due to the now excessive amount of traffic passing by the road is dropping further at this spot and cascading water over my wall and drive. I go out and have to sweep the water UPTO the nearest drain to try and protect my property and also pedestrians walking by. Once the farmers start cropping the heavy tractors pass through the standing water and discharging mud and sludge over my property. Please help!
