Reported via mobile in the Standing water covering more than half the road category by Paula Featherby at 19:38, Tuesday 11 July 2023

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 464741.

I have reported this numerous times and in the past few weeks you have said the problem has been resolved but it hasn’t,the drains were cleaned but it doesn’t solve the problem,as soon as we get a downpour the water covers over half of the road, obviously this will get worse in winter but unfortunately just clearing the drain does nothing as a week after you had done it it was flooded again, hopefully we can get this long term problem sorted please as when we walk our dogs we are unable to avoid the deep water

  • The road outside my cottage has flooded for many years despite entering the fault on Fix My Street, Nothing happens and I believe it will flood long after my death. I do not know what to do next to secure a resolve.

  • This is getting worse, the water has been covering the whole of the road so you are unable to walk with a dog as there is no way round it.

  • I’ve lived at 1 Meeres lane since 1988. The flooding has been a problem for 10 years. Despite reporting the fault and various visits by authorities to view the problem, it remains and little happens to identify or fix the fault.
