Willingham by stow

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 464820.

On the B1241 leveing Willingham by stow the footpath leading towards stow is in need of major repairs. The footpath is uneven and starting to brake away. This problem has being getting worse for the last 2 years.
