Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 464860.
Obviously a problem that needs inspecting. Could cause a cyclist or motorcyclist to fall off if slipping on the two inspection covers that the water is leaking out of.

Because lincolnshire highways are a shower of ****. The public need to keep reporting faults and not let them continue carrying out substandard repairs. Until this happens they'll keep bodging potholes which fail weeks later...
