Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 464932.

There are 2 blocked road gulleys outside the house and floods the driveway overtime it rains.One is outside no 61 the other is outside no 63. The surface water from the road floods the property frontage. I am reporting this for an elderly person who has become stressed because of this and has no internet.
