Drain still blocked outside norpol, flowline only just done the rounds

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 465005.
This drain is still blocked, flowline have just been round the estate, has this one been cleaned? I would be interested to see the report. I will be chasing this up directly with LCC as you/flowline conveniently ignore the visually blocked drains... you are not fit for serving us, as tax payers we should be able to see where our money is spent and not squandered away.
