Opposite 16 Oakleigh Terrace Drain on road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 465171.

The drain on the road which has already been repaired not that long ago, is now very noisy again and every vehicle that travels over it makes a racket Please can this be repaired as soon as possible . The noise pollution from this drain makes living in my house very unpleasant.
