Ln117jy opposite Grainthorpe junior school

Reported via mobile in the Damaged/missing pedestrian guardrail category anonymously at 08:53, Tue 18 July 2023

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 465333.

The damaged section is in a run of post and rail safety fencing along the footpath opposite Grainthorpe junior school. The entire fence is in poor condition. Please find attached photos showing the large gap that has appeared in the rotten railings in the last week.

The fence runs along side part of Wildacres property frontage. The wooden fence posts are built into the edge of the public footpath and the path runs adjacent to a drainage ditch. We understand the property boundary lies along the centre of the ditch. If this is correct, the fence lies outwith the private property boundary.
