Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 465381.

Our vehicle activated speed permanent sign has parts of the LED display not working, so it is hard to work out what speed it is meant to show. It needs maintenance and repair. This has been ongoing for a number of months.
