Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 465431.

The drains outside 17-21 Belton Lane Grantham NG31 9HJ are full and remain full long after rain has stopped- at least 12 hrs . Full is up to the level of the road This has being occurring for the last few weeks the water is not going away
