Customer has stated that there are two streetlights which are out, the streetlights are 68 and on the otherside of the alleywall on Dunstall Walk. This has been out for roughly a week.

Progress! We’ve completed our investigation and works are now planned. Once we know when work is due to take place we will let you know.

We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

We’ve had a look at the street light and found that it’s not working because there’s a problem with the power supply. We’ve reported this to the electricity board. Once they have fixed getting power to the light we will re-inspect it and schedule any further repairs if necessary.

These street lights are still not working. It is getting dark earlier now. If the council want elderly, vulnerable and disabled people living in an isolated area outside of town they could at least provide street lights for them. This is why there is more crimes.
