Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 466133.

Customer has stated that recently 8 or so trees have been trimmed back and sorted out the problems with the highways area but haven't taken away the excess branches and leaves on the floor, they have been piled up and left to the side instead of taken with the workers.
