Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 466177.

SW drainage line blocked, there has been extreme weather conditions in the area this week (heavy rain) - Picture and report carried during dry weather, Surface Water not draining on Olive street , LN 13HT - outside school gate - Could you please investigate and let me know your next steps?

  • I understand that under extreme rain conditions this drain floods but this is not the problem! The problem is your lack of action to deal with the poorly performing drain. If you have jetted it out and the problem keeps coming back the drain is not big enough to deal with the storm water. Please look at this problem with a view to deal with instead of a sticking plaster approach...
