Progress! We’ve completed our investigation and works are now planned. Once we know when work is due to take place we will let you know.

We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

After so much rain, the drain is useless!

The gulley is still blocked and overflowing with water.
If the other gulleys overflow also, the water will start to overflow into our property.
You (the councils) have been notified for too long without any action. Action, now, please.

It is a waste of time notifying you, because nothing is done!

The drain is still blocked today on the 18th October and another drain a few yards further north on the same street, opposite the entrance to Grange Paddock, is blocked too.

Last day of the year - and the gulley has STILL NOT BEEN emptied / cleared.
NEW YEAR RESOLUTION: Do what you are paid to do!

Metrorod rang me last week to say that they were sorting the drainage problem. Either they are completely useless or they did not do the work. The gully is still full.
Please sort, properly.
