Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 466462.

Customer has stated that there are left over signs sprawled along the road. It keeps on getting moved from the road to the pavement. And sometimes it gets blown or thrown into neighbouring gardens. 17/07 was the road works that were completed.
