Ben's gate Road junction with Millbank

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 466733.

Trees & hedges on both sides of Ben's gate Road are overgrown causing restricted road use and visibility. Basically the road at this point is now single track. Very poor visibility. Some overgrown trees impinging on the road at the end of Millbank too.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • In this instance we don’t intend on taking immediate action. Because our current resources are extremely limited we have to focus our enforcement on matters of a significant danger or nuisance to road users. We can, however, continue to monitor the site during our routine inspections and will review the situation. Thank you.
