Water fills street even under light rain possible drainage issue. Photos show water covering large area covered by multiple drains.

Water stays for long periods of time ie depending on weather the water take two-three weeks to clear if dry.

Fears and potential risk: stagnant water could lead to possible water borne diseases being passed on kids in area. Risk of damage to road or accidents due to water being deeper in places.
