Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

Reported on 4th August. Drain still blocked. How many meetings does it take to establish that it just needs a "Gully Sucker" to resolve this in 10mins! This issue is now forcing pedestrians to walk into oncoming traffic in Carre St, or further into the car park just to cross the street without getting wet feet. Perhaps you could let "Better" know and they can turn into a paddling pool. They can charge the public to use it then. 🙄
