Kings Arms Yard pedestrianised zone

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 467237.

The pedestrianised zone sign is not lit properly and is not being observed by vehicles swinging across the pavement and up to Kings Arms Yard parking spaces. There are often pedestrians walking down there from the accessible/disabled entrance of the Theatre who have mobility issues and the signage is being ignored or is not clearly visible to vehicle drivers who have been observed driving through pedestrians as they are leaving the Theatre. There have been a number of near misses with vehicles not giving right of way to pedestrians on the pavement.
