Junction Highfield Lane and Northorpe Road
Reported via desktop in the Visibility at junction or bend category anonymously at 08:45, Tue 8 August 2023
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 467502.
You reported yesterday that the problem had been fixed, but clearly it hasn’t. You still have to pull further out of the junction to see clearly and you can’t walk on the path, what has beefed cut has just been left on the ground.

In this instance we don’t intend on taking immediate action. Because our current resources are extremely limited we have to focus our enforcement on matters of a significant danger or nuisance to road users. We can, however, continue to monitor the site during our routine inspections and will review the situation. Thank you for reporting this matter.

Surely if you can’t walk on the path and have to walk on the road this is dangerous and could result in an accident. Visibility is still bad as the bushes have grown and will continue to do so unless they are removed or cut right back properly.
