Pegasus crossing

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 467844.
Wooden fencing for the pegasus crossing is broken down, missing sections, rotten and ivy covered. Breedon gravel surface is worn in areas and presenting trip edges. Large section has been dug up by city fibre and left very rough for horses and pedestrians to cross. See photos
