Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 467850.
Fencing damaged both sides of road , potentially by cable laying contractor. Some deterioration before they arrived. Issue reported to City Council by Commons Advisory Panel members amongst others, for referral to LCC. Feedback is required.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

SdSafety Compound has now collapsed and there is no barrier between the road and the horses being taken from the Stables on the South side of the Common to the North side .across the very busy Saxilby Rd, Remains in an unsafe condition despite previous requests and through our ward councillor
