Path from co-op shops tp hartsholme park, side of road as school

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 468576.

The above is suppose to be a shared path with bikes however surface doesnt match the descripton and request inspection for the view of officers, in fact both authorities promote biking to work, leave cars at home etc however the facilities are lacking to promote this
